The Sunderland International Air Show usually takes place over three days on the last weekend of July, and the air display is held over the coastline at Seaburn and Roker in Sunderland.
With high-speed jets, breathtaking display teams and precision flying in the air and a massive choice of activities on the ground, there's something for all the family at this action-packed weekend. The Royal Navy also traditionally have a warship off the coast every year.
The Friday night launch is usually rounded off with a large firework display.
