Torbay Airshow History
The first Torbay Airshow took place in 2016 and it was a free two-day event, organised by Torbay Council.

The stunning bay and unique curvature make for a superb backdrop to the air display. The air display usually include RAF participation such as the Red Arrows, as well as classic jets, warbirds and civilian display teams.

Ground activities include an event village on Paignton Green with musical entertainment, trade-stands, fun fair, bouncy castles, food stands, and many stalls.

Exeter Airport parking for viewing is only permitted in Car Park 4 at a special discounted rate: £2 for 4 hours. If using card payment please insert card on exit. If using cash, please make payment at Car Park 2 before using Car Park 4 for viewing.

The Torbay Airshow will return this spring with breathtaking air displays over the stunning South Devon bay.

The two-day show takes place on Saturday 1st June & Sunday 2nd June 2019.

The Bay provides a stunning natural amphitheatre for viewing the airshow, providing a perfect location for a large coastal airshow. The event is free to attend, with parking available to purchase in advance.

The Torbay Airshow has been bringing families and friends together since 2016, this free event has grown in popularity over the last two years attracting in excess of over 165,000 spectators to the Bay over the two days.

Flying Display Schedule:

On Saturday 1st June the Event Village will open at 11am, with the air display programme running from 2pm - 5.30pm.

Unfortunately the Fireflies Display Team will not be able to make it to the Torbay Airshow.

As well as the entertainment in the skies over the bay, Paignton Green will host our event village where visitors can expect to find live music, exhibition stands, bars, food stalls, experiential activities, kids areas and much more.

The Torbay Airshow is a free event but you can guarantee your parking space by pre-booking your parking space.

On the ground:
The ground displays will fill Paignton Green, with plenty to do! Open over the event weekend, the Torbay Airshow Event Village will feature exhibition stands, bars, food stalls, display teams, activities for all the family and a fairground.
