The Royal Navy Wildcat Demo Team schedule is usually announced at the end of March each year.

Royal Navy Black Cats
In these uncertain and unsteady times, we have paused with all display training in order to concentrate on the output of key Fleet Air Arm functions. As members of an operational Squadron we have prepared our aircraft and prepared our people to be ready if we're called on by the government, which I'm sure you can all appreciate doesn't include preparing for a display season.
As we move away from the office/hangar/cockpit environment, The Team have taken the opportunity to sign up as NHS volunteers, keen to help out where they can. If by any chance you have the time and the ability, take a look, sign up where you can and help out if you can.
As the skies quite rightly get more quiet, now is a good time to cast our eyes downward, look around at our fellow man and help out if you are able.

The Royal Navy will display a single Wildcat HMA2 helicopter for the 2020 season. They have dropped the name 'Black Cats' until they are able to display a pair of Wildcat helicopters.
The aircrew and engineers are all volunteers from 825 Naval Air Squadron and the Lynx Wildcat Maritime Force based at the Royal Naval Air Station Yeovilton in Somerset.
