Sat 16th & Sun 17th September 2023
The Duxford Battle of Britain Air Show is presented by IWM Duxford, the former RAF site that played a leading role in some of the most dramatic days in 20th century history - serving as a base for many of the Spitfire and Hurricane pilots during the Second World War.
Hear the roar of Merlin engines fill the air above the fighter station famous for defending Britain during the Second World War and watch the spectacular mass spitfire flypast finale over the airfield.
Step back into summer 1940 as the airfield transforms for the weekend with living history groups. From music and dance to static aircraft displays, enjoy all the extra special entertainment across the showground.
