Harvard landing at Virginia Airport, Durban, South Africa on the 16th July 2011. Canon 550D, 100-400mm Canon Lens. The first Harvards arrived in South Africa in October 1942, a total of 633 were delivered. After the war they remained in service to train the South African Air Force pilots up until 1991. Today they are proudly flown in airshows around the country.
