The Annual International GLENN MILLER FESTIVAL.

Dear Friends,
I thought you'd like to hear about the next Glenn Miller Festival to be held on 26th, 27th and 28th August 2006.

In a year when costs seem to be spiralling, electricity, gas, council tax etc. to name but a few, you will be pleased to hear that the cost of tickets for the 2006 Festival has been held to the same price as 2005. But that doesn't mean that we've held back on the entertainment. Far from it, this year the programme is bigger and better than ever and boasts some exciting new faces as well as some dear old friends. This will be the first time that we are featuring a big band with full string section in the form of Opus One.

This great band is our headline Sunday act along with their fabulous singers. Another new band worth mentioning is Blue Harlem. Michael Parkinson has been raving about them lately and we're sure that you'll agree with him that this is an act not to miss. Hot Club of Kings Cross are back due to the fantastic reception that they received last year and we are glad to inform you that Bill Baker's Big band from Holland return due to popular demand.

There are many other top acts old and new for you to enjoy over the three days and my own John Miller Orchestra will be wrapping things up as the Monday evening finale. So make sure you book early to take advantage of the discounts and rember to pack your dancing shoes!
