Antonov An-2 Club - News Release

Antonov An-2 appearing on the uk circuit and also available for private hire and para drops during 2010

The Antonov An-2 Club exists to help keep these beautiful aircraft in original flying condition. In particular, HA-MKF, adorns the UK air show circuit performing both flying displays, and as a static attraction. The An-2 is always open for you to come on board and have a good look around.

Since 2001, air show organisers have been more than pleasantly surprised by the popularity of the world's largest single engine bi-plane. Visitors to air shows are now demanding something new, and something different!

Who can forget the resounding success of the South African Boeing 747 low-level display? The delightful sight of the formation of seven geese and one microlight at Duxford in 2003? The Antonov has now proved it's worth at over thirty venues. A big hit with the crowds, can you afford not to give your visitors something new?

If you want to fly it as a pilot, fly in it as a passenger, or parachute from the biggest biplane in the world then please get in touch with us!

If you would like to become a member of the AN-2 Club and give further support to keep this fine aircraft flying then please click here to get a membership form.
